Biography
Dan grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota where his family raised corn, beans, cattle and hogs. He graduated from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota, with a degree in agribusiness. During college he worked two summers for a custom combine crew on the wheat harvest and two summers as a crop scout for a local elevator. After graduation Dan was employed as a local agronomist for six years.
Dan's hobbies include hunting, fishing, spending time with family, playing basketball and softball. He lives in Spencer, Iowa with his family.

Biography
Todd Gonnerman grew up on his family farm southwest of Milford, Iowa, where they raised cattle, hogs, corn and beans. Todd graduated from South Dakota State University in 1989 with an Associate degree in Agriculture, then farmed for seven years. He went to work at Farmer's Coop of Everly for ten years and divided his time between the feed and petroleum divisions. In June 2006 Todd left Everly to start work as a risk management consultant. He is a Series-3 licensed commodities broker and specializes in the energy markets.
Todd's hobbies are golf and scuba diving, and he loves to spend time in his shop working on equipment. Todd continues to live on the home farm southwest of Milford with his family, and share-crops corn and soybeans with his father. |

Biography
Alan Kluis has been a commodity advisor and broker since 1976. He is president and managing partner of Kluis Commodities in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Previously, he founded Northstar Commodities in 1991, and sold it in 2001, remaining with the new owners until 2006. Alan is one of two approved Cargill Pro-Pricing Grain managers and is an introducing broker with Rosenthal Collins Group.
Alan is also a writer. He was an expert columnist for Corn and Soybean Digest for 13 years; the magazine featured his Marketing Strategies column in every issue. Now Alan writes a new column, Your Profit, for Successful Farming Magazine. Alan has published two books on commodities trading; his co-author on the first book, Loren Kruse, is now Editor-in-Chief of Successful Farming magazine. Alan is commonly quoted in major publications including the Wall Street Journal, and is a featured speaker at commodity conferences nationwide. He is a frequent market analyst for the Linder Farm Radio News Network. Alan was co-author of the weekly AgInvestor Newsletter for 12 years, and is now the author of his new weekly commodity advisory newsletter, The Al Kluis Report.
Alan, a Minnesota farmboy, was awarded his degree in Ag Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1974, after which he was executive director of the Minnesota Soybean Association before entering the markets full-time. Alan still owns a farm in southwest Minnesota and enjoys helping with fieldwork when the markets allow. |
